LANDSCAPING and MAINTENANCE Crew Leaders/Members

LANDSCAPING FOREMAN & MAINTENANCE FOREMAN

Fresh Cut Landscaping, Inc. is looking for a seasoned Landscaping Foreman and a Maintenance Foreman, and Crew Members that have at least 2 years of experience running a crew on residential and commercial jobs, has an energetic attitude, is loyal, and hard-working. You will need a valid driver’s license, your own transportation, and pass drug screening. Pay will be determined after the interview. If you have more experience than 2 years, then we can discuss higher pay rates.

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING NEEDED:

  • Landscape Maintenance

  • How to use Zero Turn Mowers, Edge, Trim with a Weed Eater, Proper Garden Maintenance

  • Common Knowledge of Plants

  • Growth/Management

  • Grading/Sod Installation

  • Proper Maintenance of Landscaping

  • Leadership Skills

  • People Skills

  • Self-Starter

  • Organized

MANDATORY SKILLS FOR LANDSCAPING CREW LEADER:

  • Landscape Installation

  • Irrigation Installation

  • Low Voltage Lighting

  • Subsurface Drainage

  • Pavers (basic knowledge)

  • Pergola, Deck, Arbor, and Fence Installation

  • Ability to Read Blue Prints
